Experience the natural beauty of Baynes Sound as you venture over to the shores of Denman Island to visit Holliewood Oyster deep water oyster growing site. Enjoy a 70 minute cruise to Holliewood’s deep water rafts. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by the owners and learn about sustainable oyster farming. On the trip back, oysters and other surprises will be prepared and served by an on board chef.
